SoapSave.com sells genuine SoapLift® bioplastic soap-saving pads in 12 shapes/colors. Minimum 5 pieces for FedEx 2-Day at $34.95; under 5 pieces ships USPS at $8.95.

Processing Time

In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day. Custom and special-order items may require additional lead time, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. Larger orders may move on LTL freight to a commercial dock. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic (contiguous US): 1–5 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days
  • International: Not currently available — contact us for special-arrangement quotes.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier directly.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please photograph the package and contents and contact us within 48 hours at ken@webbcap.com. We will file a carrier claim and arrange replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Re-routing or address-correction fees charged by the carrier will be billed back to the customer.
