Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SoapSave.com. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible SoapLifts within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused and in original, resalable condition
  • In the original packaging with all included labels and accessories
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged in handling
  • Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Freight-shipped pallet quantities (see exception note below)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email ken@webbcap.com or call 800-886-4926 with your order number.
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return-shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided on the RMA.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error. In those cases we will cover return freight and arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns of large or freight items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will file a claim with the carrier when applicable and arrange a replacement or full refund.
